What is inside the NEET PG question bank

The free bank runs to 930 questions across 19 subjects and 166 chapters, so you can work at whatever resolution the day allows — a full subject before a revision block, or one chapter when you have twenty minutes. The difficulty spread is weighted toward the middle on purpose — 267 easy, 437 medium and 226 hard — because the marks that decide a rank sit in the medium band rather than at either extreme.

Every answer is explained, including the wrong ones

Most question banks tell you which option was correct. That confirms a result without teaching the reasoning, and it is worth least on exactly the question you got wrong. Every explanation here works through why the right answer is right and why each plausible distractor is not. The anatomy set does not simply name the axillary nerve after a surgical-neck fracture — it explains why the first fifteen degrees of abduction survive the injury and which nerve accounts for them. Questions are written as clinical vignettes rather than one-line recall, because that is the shape NEET PG has moved toward.

All 19 subjects have their own practice page, with chapter-level sets underneath. Start with the high-weightage subjects, then close the gaps.

Where the questions come from, and who checks them

A bank is only as good as its answer keys, and a wrong key is worse than no question at all — it teaches the mistake and you carry it into the hall.

Questions are built from our own NEET PG previous-year question database rather than written from nothing: 345 of the 930 are tagged directly from past papers, and the rest follow the same pattern to cover ground the recent papers skipped. Answer keys are reviewed by Dr. Aditya Gupta MBBS, MD, DM (AIIMS, New Delhi), a pediatric hemat-oncologist, clinician and educator.

Alongside that review, every key is checked back against its own explanation so the answer and the reasoning cannot quietly disagree, and option positions are audited so the correct answer isn’t predictable by letter. If you still think a key is wrong, tell us and we will re-check it.

Practise free here, go deeper in the app

Every question and explanation in the bank is free: there is no payment and no subscription. The first five questions on any page are open to everyone, and the rest unlock once you enter your name and mobile number — there is no account, password or OTP at any point. These 930 questions are the free web bank, complete in themselves rather than a sample of something larger.

The Reflex app is the larger library: 12,400+ previous-year questions spanning 14 years of NEET PG papers, tagged by subject, topic and exam year, alongside the daily TROCAR quiz, weekly HAMMER grand tests and per-topic analytics. Start here, and move across when you want all fourteen years.
