The earlier the better. Students who start PYQ practice during MBBS Year 2 or 3 build two to three years of subject recall before the exam — a significant advantage over students who start in internship. Even 10 to 15 questions a day during MBBS compounds significantly by the time you sit for NEET PG.
NEET PG 2026 has 180 questions worth 720 marks, replacing the old 200-question / 800-mark format. The exam is split into five locked sections (Group A to E) of 36 questions each, with 42 minutes per section. Once a section closes, you cannot return to it. Marking is +4 correct, −1 wrong, 0 unattempted. Use our NEET PG 2026 score calculator to calculate your section-wise score under the new pattern.
Reflex covers 12,400+ previous year questions spanning 14 years of NEET PG papers across all 19 subjects. Every question is tagged by subject, topic, and exam year, and comes with a crisp high-yield explanation focused on the concept — not just the answer.
Based on 14 years of PYQ analysis, the highest-weightage subjects are General Medicine (13–16% of the paper), General Surgery (10–12%), OBG (8–10%), Pathology (8–10%), and Pharmacology (7–9%). See our full subject wise weightage guide for complete data.
Based on recent AIQ counselling data: Radiodiagnosis (Govt) requires under AIR 500, roughly 576 marks or above; Dermatology (Govt) under AIR 700; General Medicine under AIR 1,300; General Surgery under AIR 2,500. Use our score calculator to map your mock test score to an expected rank.
Reflex covers INI-CET PYQs alongside NEET PG within the same subscription. The INI-CET recall questions, subject-wise coverage, and performance analytics are all available in the same app. TROCAR and HAMMER quizzes are relevant for both exams since the subject matter significantly overlaps.
INI-CET is conducted twice a year, in January and November, by AIIMS New Delhi for admission to MD/MS programmes at AIIMS institutes, JIPMER, PGIMER, and NIMHANS. The exam has 200 questions in 3.5 hours. It tests clinical reasoning more than NEET PG does, making PYQ practice especially valuable.
Reflex offers flexible subscription plans starting from ₹125/month when billed annually. A 3-day free trial is available for all new users with no card required. See current pricing and plan options on our pricing page.
If you are in MBBS or internship with more than one year before your exam, the annual plan gives you the best value and the lowest per-day cost. If your exam is within 6 months, the 6-month plan is appropriate. For most students, the annual plan works out to less than the cost of one medical textbook per month.
Yes. A single Reflex PG subscription covers full access to PYQs, mock tests, analytics, and quizzes for both NEET PG and INI-CET. No separate purchase is needed for INI-CET content.
Reflex accepts all major payment methods including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. Payments are processed securely. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Refund requests are handled as per our refund policy. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the platform, contact our support team and we will resolve it or process a refund accordingly.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Every PYQ in Reflex is tagged by subject, topic, and exam year. You can practise by subject, by topic, or in timed custom tests. After answering, you see the correct answer and a crisp high-yield explanation. Wrong answers are tracked and feed into your weak-area analytics.
Reflex tracks your accuracy by subject and topic, speed per question, predicted rank based on your performance, and how your rank has trended over time. The analytics tell you which subjects to focus on — based on your specific performance data, not a general recommendation.
Yes. You can download sessions for offline practice — useful during internship postings with poor connectivity. Questions and explanations are available offline. Your progress syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Reflex includes curated high-yield notes for each subject, structured around the topics that appear most frequently in NEET PG PYQs. You can also bookmark specific questions and explanations for later review. Bookmarks and notes sync across all your devices.

TROCAR is a daily 15-minute subject quiz that runs every morning. You answer a focused set of PYQs in a specific subject, see the leaderboard, and move on with your day. Students who do TROCAR consistently for six months or more show faster rank improvement than those who study in longer but less frequent sessions.
TROCAR is released every morning. The quiz is available for a set window each day — you receive a notification when it goes live. Check the Quizzes section in the Reflex app for today’s active TROCAR session and the leaderboard.
The TROCAR leaderboard ranks participants by accuracy first, then by time taken. Getting all questions correct in the shortest time places you at the top. The leaderboard is subject-specific and updates as participants complete the quiz throughout the day.
HAMMER is a full-length weekly grand test structured to match the actual NEET PG exam format — 180 questions across five locked sections, 42 minutes per section. Your score and rank appear on Wednesday after the test closes. HAMMER is the most accurate measure of where you actually stand relative to other NEET PG aspirants across India.
HAMMER runs every weekend. The test window opens on the weekend and results — including your rank, section-wise breakdown, and comparison with other participants — are released on Wednesday. You receive a notification when the test window opens.
Your HAMMER rank tells you where you actually stand. After each test, review every wrong answer and look at the subject breakdown in your analytics. Any subject where your accuracy is below 50% and that carries high weightage needs the most focus in the following week. Consistent weekly HAMMER results tracked over months show whether your preparation is moving your rank or plateauing.
The Wednesday rank is your all-India rank among all HAMMER participants that week. It reflects your performance on a full-length mock exam in the actual NEET PG format. A rank of 2,000 means roughly 2,000 students scored higher than you — it is a real benchmark based on actual performance, not an estimated score model.
