One full-length test a month, thirteen of them from September 2026 through September 2027. Each is timed and scored to the real pattern, and the month it falls in is built around the exam that is closest — INI-CET pattern ahead of an INI-CET sitting, NEET PG pattern as August 2027 approaches.
180 questions in 210 minutes, marked +4 for a correct answer and −1 for a wrong one, out of 720 marks. That is the pattern every NEET PG test in this series is built to, so the score you see is the score you would have got.
200 questions in 180 minutes, marked +4 and −1, out of 800 marks. INI-CET gives you less time per question than NEET PG, and practising against the real clock is most of the point of a full-length test.
TROCAR and HAMMER are short and frequent — daily and weekly, built to keep you sharp. These are monthly and full-length: three to three and a half hours, the complete paper, sat in one sitting. Both matter, and they train different things. Stamina and pacing only come from the full-length version.
